  • Peelfest Six Saturday 5 – Sunday 6 September 2026 Sir William Peel, Sandy

    Sixth "Peelfest" - a beer, cider, music and fun packed weekend - at the Sir William Peel in Sandy, CAMRA's reigning Bedfordshire Pub of the Year 2026. The event is organised with The Sandy Guild to raise money for St John's Hospice and Biggleswade, Potton and Sandy First Responders. Last year an impressive sum was raised for charity and we hope the generosity of local people will boost the funds of these worthy causes again this year.

    Live music on Saturday: The Acoustic Stage opens at 1pm with The Biggleswade Barnacles The Main Stage closes with Ouse Valley Singles Club with plenty of amazing artists in between. The Budders Beats Stage will again be hosting Roll Your Own Records.

  • 29th St Albans Beer & Cider Festival Wednesday 23 – Saturday 26 September 2026 Alban Arena, St Albans

    Annual beer and cider festival organised by South Herts CAMRA in St Albans city centre.

    Open noon to 11pm each day. Admission £10 at the door, plus £10 beer and cider vouchers and £5 festival glass hire, both refundable. CAMRA members admitted free! Advance booking offers several money-saving admission packages. Advance tickets guarantee entry at busy times when there may be a queue at the door.

    Explore an amazing choice of more than 300 cask ales, craft beers, international brews, ciders and perries, including many rare finds, limited editions brews, and even American casks shipped across the Atlantic exclusively for this event. Plus premium wines and spirits, non-alcoholic options and soft drinks available too.
